The King Arthur’s Arms Inn/Hotel is an Award Winning family run Hotel in the heart of Tintagel and Free House Pub offering individually furnished rooms full of charm serving our B&B guests

It is located in the very heart of the village of Tintagel, within a few minutes’ walk of stunning scenery. All of our rooms have private bathrooms, Televisions and tea/coffee making facilities. We have been Awarded a ★★★★ Hotel and Free House Pub rating by Visit England.

Our expert Chefs offer an extensive evening menu including fresh homemade dishes in our warm friendly pub as well as Daily Specials, using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. During the season, we serve food from 8.30am to 9pm. Between October and April we also serve a traditional Sunday Lunch.

The welcoming bar, which features a traditional wood burner for those chilly winter days and evenings, is an ideal place to meet and make new friends. Here you will find an amazing array of over 20 Lagers and Ciders, up to 8 Ales on tap, a good selection of wines and popular house Cocktails.

Great Room

Very clean and well appointed. The only things that could have been better were the water pressure (apparently a water supply pressure issue, not within the Inn’s control) and a little bar fridge for milk and cold drinks.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The pub meals were delicious. The pub breakfasts were so good. Recommend trying the locally brewed Cornish Korev Lager. Location is the best in Tintagel in my opinion. Right smack bang in the middle of town and close to everything.

Warm & Welcoming

Lovely looking Place and plenty of tables, my daughter is a vegetarian and we had to leave as menu had one Vegetarian meal option.

Its not hard to add at least half a dozen options. Just my opinion it is 2023 not 1975. However a warm welcoming pub so would recommend for a drink and dog friendly 😀

Went for breakfast here today service was really good & fast. The vegetarian cooked breakfast was delicious.

Tasted fresh, and was good portion size. My partner had the pancakes with Nutella, he enjoyed it but found very rich with the chocolate. The pot of tea was good value. We’d definitely come again, thank you 😊

Good Value

Lovely pub & the food was good value. The steak pie was to die for 😁.

Our granddaughter had a kids sausage & and mash. we asked for gravy, which came with the adult version, but we had to pay £1 extra, which we thought was a bit wrong. Overall a good meal.

Lovely Pub

Stopped for a couple of drinks whilst waiting for my gluten-free pasties to be made by a bakery up the road. Very friendly staff and great service. Water was provided for our dog with no trouble at all.

It’s also the first place I have been where they provided blankets for a bit of extra warmth if you chose to sit outside on a windy day or like us when you totally get the weather wrong…. In our defence we are from up north and 22 degrees is bikini weather for us, the wind factor was unaccounted for 🤦‍♀️haha. Lovely village, lovely pub xxx
